02How JLO does it

Done properly.

  1. 01

    A free look first

We look at the tree, what's under it and the best way in, then give you a free quote for the work.

  2. 02

    The right setup

Open yards may only need climbers or the bucket truck. Tight backyards get the spider lift on ground mats. Big trees over houses come out by crane.

  3. 03

    Controlled, section by section

Sections are cut and lowered on rigging lines, or lifted out by crane, instead of being dropped onto roofs, fences or gardens.

  4. 04

    Clean-up

Wood and debris are cleaned up before we leave, so your yard is ready to use.

More in our tree help FAQ.

How much does tree removal cost?

Every job is priced after a free look, because the same tree can be a quick job in an open yard or a crane job over a house. What changes the price: the tree's size and condition, what's under it (house, wires, fences), how the crew can reach it, and the clean-up.

Can you remove a tree right next to my house?

Yes — that's routine work. Depending on access, the crew uses a spider lift, climbers with rigging, a bucket truck or a crane to bring the tree down in controlled sections.

Do you clean up afterward?

Yes. Wood and debris are cleaned up before we leave, so your yard is ready to use.

How do I know if my tree needs to come down?

Run the 1-minute tree risk check on our Tree help page, or call for a free look.
